An earthquake measuring 4.4 magnitude on the richter scale hits National Capital Delhi and neighbouring Haryana at 4.29am on Thursday morning (November17 2016) . Its epic center was 13 kilometers southeast from Haryana's Bawal region. No loss of life or damage has been reported.
